Store-wide Notify Me behaviour lives at Apps → Bloom → Notify me → Settings. Configuration holds Email / SMS, Opt-in and Display; Integrations holds Klaviyo integration and Tracking. These apply to every product unless a per-variant override is set - see Configure a Notify Me product.

How the form displays

Bloom picks the layout from the variant’s state. There’s no layout setting.
  • Sold out. The form is open on the product page, with no button.
  • On pre-order. The Pre-order button shows, with a Notify me when available button below it that opens the form.
To show pre-order only on a variant, turn Notify Me off for it.

Display

PDP message position - where the per-product message sits: Below Add to Cart, Above Notify Me (default) or Below Notify Me. Sticky / floating add to cart and Quick add / buy control whether Notify Me shows on those buttons - see Add to cart identification.
Reset to default at the top right of the panel puts every setting in it back to Bloom’s defaults.

Email / SMS

Notify Me contact method settings in Bloom
Contact methods - what the form offers shoppers: Email & SMS (default), Email only or Mobile only. When set to a single method, the email/mobile toggle is hidden. Contact layout - how email and SMS sit on the form when both are offered. Default shows a toggle on pre-order variants and both fields at once on sold-out variants. Submit placement - where the submit button sits. Default follows the contact layout: beside the field with the toggle, full-width below with both fields. Fallback mobile country sets the country code used for SMS sign-ups. Bloom detects the shopper’s country by location first, then your store’s market, and only falls back to this setting when neither is available.

Opt-in

Sign-ups must be added to your Klaviyo list to receive notifications. Opt-in mode sets how the marketing opt-in is presented:
  • Show message (auto opt-in, no checkbox) - default.
  • Show checkbox (must be ticked to submit).
Default button label and form heading copy are set at Apps → Bloom → Notify me → Content. Override them per variant on Configure a Notify Me product.
