Bloom Usage & Plan settings showing current plan and monthly usage

Plans

Four tiers in USD, monthly or annual. Each has a monthly cap on pre-order orders and Notify Me sign-ups.
PlanBest for
CoreBloom installed but not actively running pre-order.
StarterSmall stores running occasional drops.
GrowthActive pre-order programs and back-in-stock-heavy catalogues.
ProHigh-volume stores.

Usage

The Plan usage this period bars on the Bloom home page show pre-order orders and Notify Me sign-ups against your plan’s monthly cap for the billing period.
Usage during your free trial counts towards your plan’s monthly cap.

Lockout mode

Bloom keeps working until you reach 110% of your monthly cap. Past that, new customer activity stops - existing orders keep their surfaces. If your subscription is then cancelled or expires, those wind down too. Over your limit (110%+):
  • Pre-order variants fall back to your sold-out label.
  • Notify Me form is hidden on sold-out variants.
  • Existing Notify Me sign-ups still receive their emails when stock returns - they live in Klaviyo.
  • Tracking events stop firing.
  • Existing pre-orders are unaffected - checkout banner and order status page still work.
Subscription cancelled or expired - everything above, plus:
  • Checkout pre-order banner stops showing.
  • Order status pre-order block stops showing.
  • Ship-date updates stop appending to the order note.
Your Bloom admin keeps working in both states. A banner links to Plans. Reactivate and surfaces update within 10 minutes - nothing is deleted.

Uninstalling Bloom

Every pre-order variant reverts to Stop selling when out of stock automatically. Your Klaviyo sign-ups are untouched.
