The activity feed lists what shoppers do with Bloom on your store, newest first. It’s on for every store - there’s nothing to set up. Home shows the latest 25 events across all features. Each feature’s Activity tab shows the latest 100 for that feature.

Where to find it

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps → Bloom.
  2. On Home, scroll to Latest activity. Click Show more to see all 25 rows.
  3. For one feature, open Pre-order, Notify me or Recommendations, then the Activity tab.
Notify me splits its tab into Notify me activity and Sold out activity.

How it works

  • One row per event. Each row shows Time, Activity, Product, Variant and Country. Home adds a Feature column - Pre-order, Notify me, Sold out or Upsell (Recommendations).
  • Recent times are relative. Events under 7 days old read “5 minutes ago” or “yesterday” - hover for the exact date and time in your store’s time zone. Older events show the exact date and time.
  • Country where known. The shopper’s country shows when the storefront reported one. Otherwise the cell shows a dash. Bloom doesn’t guess.
  • Updates on its own. The feed checks for new events every 2-3 seconds while the page is open. It pauses while the browser tab is hidden and catches up when you return.
  • History fills in. On first load, Bloom backfills past events. You see “Loading activity history. Available activity appears below.” until it finishes.
  • Uninstalling clears it. Uninstalling Bloom deletes your feed history.

What gets logged

The feed is a live log, not a report. For totals, conversion and revenue over a date range, use Results.
