Traffic report is Glide’s home page. It charts page views by classification, totals each audience, and breaks traffic down by page, page type, country and source. It updates hourly.

Steps

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps → Glide.
  2. Under Traffic classification, pick a range: 1d, 7d, 30d, 90d, 180d or 365d. The default is 30d.
  3. Switch Number to % to show each audience as a share of All.
  4. Choose Pages, Page types, Countries or Sources under the tiles.
  5. Click a column heading to sort. Tables show 25 rows per page - use Previous and Next.
The 1d range charts hours. Every other range charts days. Dates and times use your store’s time zone.

Audiences

The chart draws four lines. Five tiles total them. Click the info icon on a tile for its definition.
  • Human - ordinary activity, excluding suspect traffic. Not proof of a human visitor.
  • Agents - detected browser automation, not specifically AI. Known bot user agents count under Bots.
  • Bots - known bot user agents, including those with detected browser automation.
  • Suspect - product views from short, unusual traffic spikes, or from visitors who keep returning to one product in a day without interacting. Likely not real shoppers, but not proof.
  • All - every retained page view. It has no line on the chart.
Audiences overlap. Suspect views can also count under Agents or Bots, so the four never add up to All. Only All is the total.
Classification is an estimate. Counts come from sampled records.

Breakdowns

Each table has one column per audience, including All.
  • Pages - the page path, without query string or language prefix. Paths Glide can’t name show as (other).
  • Page types - home, product, collection, cart or other. Unnamed types show as Unknown.
  • Countries - approximate, from the request rather than your store’s market. Missing values show as Unknown.
  • Sources - UTM Source and Medium, recorded only when the visitor allows analytics. Missing values show as (none).

When the report is empty

  • Embed off. If the App embed card reads Inactive, enable the embed.
  • No traffic yet. The chart reads “No pageviews in this reporting window yet. The report updates hourly, so check back soon.”
  • Load error. A Traffic report unavailable banner has a retry button.
