The activity feed lists page views on your store, newest first. It’s on for every store - there’s nothing to set up.

Where to find it

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps → Glide.
  2. On Traffic report, scroll to Latest activity. It shows the latest 5 page views.
  3. Click View all activity to open Activity, which shows the latest 100. You can also pick Activity in the app navigation.
Use the Report breadcrumb to go back.

How it works

  • One row per page view. Columns are Time, Classification, Page and Country.
  • Classified on arrival. Classification shows Human, Agents or Bots. The hourly report can later mark some views Suspect, so feed and report can differ.
  • Recent times are relative. Views under 7 days old read “5 minutes ago” - hover for the exact time in your store’s time zone.
  • Updates on its own. The feed checks for new views every 2-3 seconds while the page is visible, and pauses while the browser tab is hidden.
  • Recent history only. Glide keeps about the latest 500 views per store, and each is deleted after 7 days. Use the Traffic report for older periods.
  • No visitor identity. Rows hold time, page, page type, country, device, UTM source and classification - no visitor ID or IP address.

When the feed is empty

  • No activity yet - “Pageviews will appear here as shoppers browse your store. Check back soon.” Check the App embed card on the Traffic report reads Active.
  • Temporarily unavailable - the feed keeps retrying and shows the latest available views.
The feed is a live log. For totals by audience, page, country or source, use the Traffic report.
