# Notify Me orders

> How Bloom tags Shopify orders placed after a back-in-stock notification and sends Notify Me order events to Klaviyo for segments, flows, and reporting.

When a shopper clicks a back-in-stock notification and orders the product they were notified about, Bloom tags the order and, if Klaviyo is connected, sends two order events. This is automatic - there's nothing to turn on.

Orders that don't contain the notified product aren't tagged and send no events, even if the shopper arrived from a notification.

## Order tags

Added when the order is created:

* `Notify Me` - the order contains the notified product.
* `Notify Me: All items` - every line is the notified product.
* `Notify Me: Some items` - the notified product plus other products.

Every Notify Me order gets `Notify Me` plus exactly one of the other two. An order can carry both Notify Me and [pre-order tags](/bloom/pre-order-data#order-tags).

### Filter orders in Shopify

1. In Shopify admin, go to **Orders**.
2. Click the filter icon, then **Tagged with**.
3. Enter `Notify Me`.

Save the view to see back-in-stock sales at a glance. Use the same tags as conditions in Shopify Flow.

## Klaviyo events

Sent to [connected Klaviyo accounts](/bloom/notify-me/connect-klaviyo) for orders with a customer email:

* **Placed Notify Me Order** - one per order. Valued at the total of the notified lines, net of discounts - not the whole order.
* **Notify Me Ordered Product** - one per notified line. Valued at that line's total, net of discounts.

Both appear under **Metrics** in Klaviyo. Use them to trigger flows - e.g. a thank-you or review request - or to build segments of shoppers who bought after a notification.

### Placed Notify Me Order properties

* `event_handle` - `notify_me_order_placed`, which stays the same if the display name changes.
* `notify_me_value` - total of the notified lines, matching the event value.
* `total_price` - the whole order total.
* `notify_me_item_count` - number of notified lines.
* `notify_me_quantity` - units across the notified lines.
* `all_items_notify_me` - `true` when every line is the notified product.
* `product_id`, `variant_id` - the product or variant the notification was for.
* `utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign` - from the notification link, when present.
* `items` - each notified line, with product and variant IDs and titles, SKU, quantity, price and line total.
* `order_id`, `order_number`, `order_name`, `currency`.

### Notify Me Ordered Product properties

* `event_handle` - `notify_me_item_placed`
* `product_id`, `variant_id`, `product_title`, `variant_title`, `sku`
* `quantity`, `price`, `line_total`
* `order_id`, `order_number`, `order_name`, `currency`

  To segment shoppers who bought only what they were waiting for, filter **Placed Notify Me Order** where `all_items_notify_me` is `true`.
